Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.  Please note: Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available. Back order items will be shipped depends on when the order can be fulfilled. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact hello@analemma8.com.

At this time, We can only ship with in U.S and Canada.

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Analemma8 does not have information on customs or duties and cannot estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing an order. Analemma8 is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Analemma8 issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.

At this time, we do not accept PO Boxes for delivery.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Analemma8. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Signature Confirmation Option

If you believe your delivery address or surrounding environment may be insecure, we strongly recommend selecting the “Signature Confirmation” option at checkout for added protection.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if signature confirmation was not purchased at the time of ordering. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility transfers to the recipient.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to use the signature service for high-value or time-sensitive deliveries.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please email us at hello@analemma8.com as soon as possible. We’ll make our best attempt to change your address as long as the package has not been shipped. We cannot reroute a package once it has left our facility.

If your package is missing, stolen, or lost in transit please contact us so we can assist you with your claim. While we’ll do everything we can to help you locate your package, we cannot refund or replace lost or stolen items.

Shipping Guarantee Policy

At checkout, customers have the option to add Shipping Guarantee to their order. This service provides added protection for your package in case of loss, theft, or damage.

If you choose to purchase the Shipping Guarantee:

  • Your order will be insured, and in the unfortunate event of loss, theft, or other delivery issues, we will fully support and assist you throughout the claims process to help ensure a successful resolution.

If you do not select the Shipping Guarantee:

  • We will still assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • However, please note that we cannot guarantee the outcome of the claim, as it will depend solely on the carrier’s investigation and policies.

We strongly recommend selecting Shipping Guarantee for added peace of mind, especially for high-value orders or deliveries to unsecured locations.
